Bookings & Payment
Bookings can be made via our website, phone, or approved linked platforms and are confirmed once you receive a confirmation email or payment is processed.
A valid credit card is required to secure your booking. Full payment or a deposit may be required prior to check in.
We accept EFTPOS, Visa, Mastercard and UnionPay (2% surcharge), American Express (3.5% surcharge).
Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation up to 48 hours prior to arrival
- Within 48 hours: first night's accommodation charged
- Within 24 hours or no-show: full stay may be charged if the room cannot be rebooked

Facilities
Canterbury Court Motel is a smoke-free property. Smoking inside rooms will incur a minimum $250 cleaning fee, with additional charges if specialist cleaning or loss of income applies.
Pets are NOT permitted, and $250 cleaning fee charge may apply for violation.
Visitors are allowed between 9:00am and 10:00pm only. The registered guest is responsible for the conduct of all occupants and visitors, and for any damage, loss, or additional cleaning required.

We aim to provide a safe and comfortable environment for all guests; however, to the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.
